AI Agent部署与应用：主导AI Agent（智能体）在广告投放、创意生成及数据分析场景的部署与落地；利用AI深度洞察数据规律，指导团队优化投放策略与账户结构，实现“人机协同”的高效运营。

体系搭建与赋能：构建标准化运营SOP与销售赋能体系，通过数据洞察与智能工具提升收入效率

团队管理：带领团队向“业务+AI”双重能力的复合型团队方向转型
任职要求
背景经验：本科及以上，对效果广告有业务理解，具有3年以上管理经验，有亿级账户操盘及AI营销落地成功案例者优先。

AI核心能力：深刻理解AI Agent原理与应用场景，具备实际部署、调试智能体（如自动投放Bot、分析Agent）的能力；能通过AI洞察业务本质并输出优化策略

专业技能：精通数据分析（SQL/BI工具）与方案撰写，熟悉主流广告平台算法及程序化购买逻辑

综合素质：具备极强的战略思维、跨部门协调力及结果导向意识，是团队内的“技术布道者”与业务变革推动者
