职位要求
1、2027年及之后毕业的全日制在校生，计算机及相关专业优先。
2、扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法、操作系统等知识。
3、熟悉C/C++、掌握至少一门脚本语言。具备良好的编程习惯和代码风格，注重代码的可维护性和通用性。
4、热爱游戏，责任心强。具备良好的学习、沟通能力和任务跟进推动能力，对工作积极严谨，勇于承担压力。
加分项：
1. 独立/合作开发过游戏demo
2. 能利用AI Agent独立进行复杂内容生产迭代（包括但不限于软件开发、自动化流程编写等）
3. 对于大模型和AI Agent机制、Harness有深入了解
