1.研发包括大模型、Agent、多模态等在内的 AI 技术，推进企业运营的数据化和智能化；
2.开发及优化智能营销、智能客服等在销售、交付、服务等过程中的智能应用；
3.与业务一起探索和发现 AI 技术的前沿应用落地场景，针对性进行数据建设、模型训练、模型评估等，优化模型效果，实现效能提升。
任职要求
1.计算机或数理相关专业背景，硕士或博士学历优先；
2.具备优秀的编程能力，精通 Linux、Python 和 Pytorch；
3.熟悉 Transformer 架构和大模型基础知识，能跟踪语言模型和多模态领域的最新技术动向；
4.有post-training、RAG、Agent及数据处理经验者优先，有强化学习训练经验者优先；
5.有顶会论文或者拥有知名开源项目经验者优先；
6.责任心强，积极主动，有良好的沟通和合作能力，主动推动业务落地。
