我们正在寻找一位熟悉 Electron 桌面端开发、精通 AI Coding 的工程师，负责 Windows 与 macOS 端 Agent 应用的功能开发、架构设计与性能优化。

你将参与桌面端 Agent 产品从架构设计、核心功能开发、跨平台适配、性能优化、稳定性建设到 CI/CD 发布体系的完整研发流程，帮助团队打造高性能、高稳定性、可持续迭代的桌面端 Agent 应用。
岗位职责
- 负责基于 Electron 的桌面端 Agent 应用开发，覆盖 Windows 与 macOS 平台。
- 负责客户端核心功能设计与实现，包括窗口管理、本地文件访问、系统能力调用、后台任务执行、快捷键、系统托盘、自动更新等。
- 参与 Electron 应用架构设计，包括主进程、渲染进程、Preload、IPC 通信、Context Isolation、安全隔离、模块化设计等。
- 负责客户端核心性能优化，包括启动速度、内存占用、CPU 使用率、渲染性能、资源加载、包体积优化、冷启动与热启动体验优化等。
- 负责客户端稳定性建设，包括崩溃治理、异常监控、日志系统、错误上报、自动恢复、弱网优化和容灾机制等。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先；能力优秀者可放宽学历和工作年限要求。
- 具备扎实的前端或桌面端开发基础，有 Electron、React、Vue、Node.js、TypeScript 等相关项目经验。
- 熟悉 Electron 开发体系，理解主进程、渲染进程、Preload、IPC 通信、应用生命周期和安全模型。
- 熟练掌握 TypeScript 和 Node.js，具备良好的代码设计能力、工程化能力和问题排查能力。
