1、负责产品战斗模块或者养成系统的测试工作，推进测试中的问题解决，有结果导向思维和一定的风险意识，及时发现进度、质量风险，推进解决；
 2、有白盒测试能力，梳理测试用例，不断改进测试方案；
 3、善于总结，能够及时沉淀自己的工作并输出文档，主动与他人进行知识经验分享。
职位要求
1、有3年及以上测试工作经验；
2、具备一定的白盒能力，能够发现代码底层问题； 
3、较强的抗压能力，工作审慎务实。
 4、积极主动，能够主动发现问题并且积极推动解决问题。
5、熟练使用主流AI工具，能将其有效应用于日常工作中，或有搭建AI工作流/Agent系统的实战经验。
