本科及以上；工作经验5年以上（官方基础信息栏）
相关专业本科及以上，5年以上后端开发、架构或复杂平台建设经验。
精通Java、Go、Python至少一种；具备计算机基础及分布式、微服务、高并发、高可用和故障恢复实践。
熟悉Agent、RAG、Prompt/Context Engineering、工具调用、评测体系并有实际落地经验。
能独立推动业务方案设计、开发、上线、验证和复盘。
具备沟通协作与业务Owner意识，对AI Native研发有实践或深入思考。
对AI Native研发方式有实践或深入思考（必需；具体AI编码工具/自动化经验为优先）
