## Responsibilities and deliverables

- 岗位定位：作为技术与业务之间的关键桥梁，先进行为期6个月的轮岗，理解客户业务场景与产品技术架构；轮岗后依据个人能力和意愿向解决方案架构师、交付工程师等中前场岗位定向输送。
- 产品开发与交付：负责Agent产品的交互界面。
- 贴近业务场景：深入客户现场，将Agent能力落地为可用的产品界面与工作流。
- 全流程参与：参与需求沟通、方案设计到项目落地，响应反馈并迭代。
- 轮岗实践：在多产品线/多场景轮岗，积累全栈工程与交付能力。

## Requirements

- 2027届本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、信息管理等相关专业。
- 熟练掌握JavaScript/TypeScript与React/Vue等主流前端框架，HTML/CSS基础扎实。
- 对AI/Agent产品有浓厚兴趣，学习能力强，适应轮岗与快速迭代。
- 具备良好的沟通能力与客户服务意识，愿意直接与客户对话；目标导向并对结果负责。

## Preferred qualifications

- 了解前后端协作，有完整项目、开源贡献或相关实习经历者优先。
