任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，电子/微电子/计算机/通信相关专业
- 熟悉电路开发过程和原理，3年以上电路设计或EDA建设经验
- 至少精通一款行业主流EDA工具（如Cadence/Mentor/Altium等）
- 了解Shell/TCL/Perl/Python脚本开发能力和过程
- 有AI Agent系统开发、应用或部署经验者优先
