## Role description from source

1.负责大模型项目的开发和效果优化，按要求完成项目功能的设计和实现。
2.负责与客户进行需求沟通，获取、分析、引导、整理需求；
3.按照公司规范制定项目设计和开发方案、计划并执行，形成项目文档；
4.对项目的最终结果负责，即质量、进度和成本满足预期且使客户满意；
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3 年及以上软件开发工作经验；
2.熟悉大模型项目开发流程，掌握上下文工程、知识库数据处理等技术；有大模型训练微调经验优先；
3.具备扎实的 Java 、多线程、消息队列、数据库等开发经验，熟悉SpringBoot 生态，有两个以上实际落地项目经验；具备架构设计能力；
4.良好的执行能力及协调能力，较强的责任心和抗压能力；
5.熟悉 Linux 开发环境，有 Docker 等虚拟软件经验；
6.必备AI编程实战经验：日常熟练使用 Qoder/Cursor/Codex/ Claude Code 等工具进行代码生成、逻辑重构、Bug 排查、单元测试、文档撰写等；
7.具备借助AI进行需求拆解、方案设计、代码优化、性能调优的能力，不依赖AI照搬，能甄别、改造、落地AI产出代码。
