1. 实现游戏领域下游任务场景（智能NPC、辅助文案等）的落地应用；
2. 对AIGC（LLM预训练、对齐训练等）相关算法以及前沿技术进行预研和探索；
职位要求
1. 计算机相关专业硕士及以上学历（优先），3年以上工作经验； 
2. 扎实的自然语言算法基础，深度学习基础，熟练pytorch开发，能快速复现前沿算法； 
3. 有多机多卡训练框架经验优先，有量化/蒸馏等推理优化经验优先； 
4. 有高质量训练数据（预训练/finetune/对齐）清洗经验优先； 
5. 有大规模预训练语言模型项目，或类chatgpt项目经验优先； 
6. 有相关领域顶会（ACL/EMNLP/AAAI等）论文优先；相关开源项目贡献者优先； 
7. 热爱游戏、重视业务落地、具备较强的沟通协调能力。
