## Role description from source

1.负责WorkBuddy前端架构整体规划与演进，覆盖多端形态，主导技术选型与架构决策；
2.设计AI原生交互架构，包括LLM流式渲染、Agent任务编排可视化、人机协同确认与接管机制；
3.构建跨端工程体系，设计桌面端核心架构与多端共享逻辑层，实现高复用率的统一研发方案；
4.建设前端工程效能体系，涵盖质量基线、安全纵深防御、灰度发布与监控告警；
5.培养技术骨干梯队，推动跨团队协作与行业技术输出。
职位要求
1.10年+前端经验，3年+架构设计；精通TypeScript底层原理，深入理解React或Vue源码级实现；
2.精通Electron架构，有复杂桌面应用落地经验；设计过多端统一架构方案；
3.有LLM应用前端开发经验，理解流式渲染、Agent交互、MCP协议与多模态渲染；
4.从0到1构建过完整前端工程化体系，有桌面应用性能调优与安全体系设计实战；
5.能在AI技术快速迭代中做出高质量架构决策，有行业技术影响力与跨团队协同能力。
