## Role description from source

1. 参与游戏产品内容审核工作，推进审核执行落地，包括但不限于平台发布内容的合规性审核、内容分类、审核标准梳理、日常审核数据统计；
2. 参与游戏内容审核相关的复盘分析工作，包括不限于活动、话题内容的传播效果监测与分析，协助推进 AI 审核工具建设，保障平台内容生态健康及高效运行。
职位要求
1. 热爱游戏，有网易的游戏经验，ARPG类游戏玩家优先；
2. 时刻处于冲浪第一线，有网感、懂热梗；熟悉主流游戏及社交媒体平台（如抖音、B站、微博、小红书等）内容生态及特性
3. 细心，责任心强，沟通能力强，有一定抗压能力，能够主动推进负责的工作内容，并且喜欢接触新鲜事物；
4. 每周至少实习4天，持续3个月及以上；
5. 简历请附上自己的游戏经历（游戏时长、最高段位/水平等）。
