构建行业有影响力的智能体研究和应用，推进相关技术在小米的业务场景落地应用，包括但不限于：
1、Agent Memory
设计快慢双系统记忆架构：工作记忆负责即时上下文，长期记忆持久化跨会话经验，研究记忆管理机制、召回策略与压缩方法。统一存储和检索文本、图像、视频、代码等多模态经验，研究跨模态编码、融合与差异化遗忘。推进模型自主记忆管理，从被动存储转向主动管理。用记忆驱动自演进：从历史执行中提取可复用策略，失败记忆驱动行为修正，记忆热更新影响决策。
2、Agent Search
研究强化学习驱动的搜索策略优化，让 Agent 学会何时搜、搜什么、从哪搜、何时停。融合深度推理与广度检索：深度方向逐层推理，广度方向多路检索交叉验证。打通搜索与记忆系统，搜索结果沉淀为持久记忆，记忆引导更精准的检索，形成闭环。
3、自演进 Agent
研究Agent 在线从环境反馈中实时更新策略，实现持续学习。多 Agent 通过协作与竞争实现集体智能演进，研究信息共享、策略收敛与群体决策。自动学习和优化技能库，构建环境世界模型支持规划与决策，从执行预设技能进化为自主发现和优化技能。
任职要求
1. 计算机相关方向的硕士或博士；
2. 有大模型AI Agent相关研究和项目经历，一作发表过多篇相关方向的顶会论文；
3. 具有优秀的解决复杂问题和多人协作沟通的能力，能够独立思考并开展工作，具有强烈的好奇心和责任心。
