负责 MicroVM 技术方案的设计、落地及核心能力建设；

优化虚拟机启动速度、资源隔离、稳定性与安全性。
任职要求

5 年以上 Linux 系统或虚拟化开发经验；

深入理解 Linux 内核、KVM/QEMU 架构及虚拟化原理；

熟悉 Firecracker、Cloud Hypervisor、Kata Containers 等 MicroVM 技术；

至少熟悉 AWS、GCP、Azure 中一个主流云平台；

精通 C/C++、Rust 或 Go，具备系统调试与性能分析能力；

资深 Code Agent 用户，能够熟练使用 AI 编程工具完成复杂系统的开发、调试与代码审查；

能够使用中文开展深入技术协作，并使用英文阅读、撰写和参与日常技术沟通。
加分项

有 Linux 内核、KVM、QEMU、Firecracker、Cloud Hypervisor、Kata Containers、rust-vmm 等开源项目的上游贡献；

在云厂商的计算或虚拟化团队做过核心开发，有大规模虚拟机或 MicroVM 集群的生产落地经验；

有虚拟机快照与恢复、热迁移、内存超分与去重、设备直通、virtio / vhost-user 等机制的深度优化经验；

有 AI Agent 沙箱、Serverless 或安全容器（如 E2B、gVisor）相关的研发经验；
