工作职责:
1.辅助语音、大模型、agent等AI技术在座舱中的实际应用场景，并结合市场需求进行产品落地；
2.持续提升AI语音产品的效果，包括指标定义、监控运营、技能设计、语义优化等；
3.负责跨团队/跨地域的产品沟通协作与配合。
职位要求
任职资格:
1.27届本科及以上学历，专业不限;
2.具备大模型及语音相关项目（语音交互/车联网/语义理解/AI产品）经验者优先，了解大模型；
3.对语音、大模型、agent全链路产品的端到端落地有丰富经验，能为产品体验负责，并持续选代；
4.对AI行业发展趋势有深度认知，能结合并推动前沿的技术团队，打造标杆性的、平台化的AI大模型产品。
