围绕真实用户问题交付AI原生应用和工程平台；实现Agent规划、工具、知识记忆、人机协同；基于反馈、线上数据和失败案例做评测迭代；负责可观测、稳定性、故障、性能与调用成本治理，并沉淀复用组件。
本科及以上；工作经验3年以上（官方基础信息栏）
计算机相关专业或扎实软件工程基础，并独立负责过复杂软件项目研发、上线及持续维护。
有全栈开发、系统设计和生产运维能力；熟悉JS/TS，且Java、Go、Python至少一种；能端到端设计、开发、部署前后端、数据与模型能力，并承担可观测、故障和运行保障。
理解LLM/Agent；有面向真实用户的AI应用或Agent项目经验；能设计Planning、工具调用、知识/Memory及权限安全边界。
能设计测试集、Golden Set、Rubric和质量指标，开展Agent Eval、质量回归、失败分析并定位模型/数据/工具/工程问题。
具备产品结果意识、技术判断、沟通协作能力，能从用户问题推动复杂项目闭环。
