1.负责无线通信制式的链路级仿真平台功能开发，仿真链路优化和验证
2.负责通信制式物理层算法设计和选型、软硬件分工、性能优化相关工作 
3.负责算法模块浮点和定点开发、优化及仿真验证 
4.支持无线通信算法向软硬件的工程映射
任职要求
1.通信，电子，电磁场与微波，计算机，数学等相关专业硕士及以上学历 
2.熟悉通信和信号处理理论 
3.熟练掌握C、matlab、python语言 
4.熟悉WLAN通信标准，有相关领域产品量产经验者优先 
5.深入掌握无线通信技术，对OFDM、DFE、MIMO、VTB/LDPC编解码、CE、入网等方面有深入理解优先 
6.具有较强英文文献阅读能力，能够熟练撰写高质量技术报告 
7.具有良好的沟通能力和语言表达能力、具有较强的学习和研究能力
