1. 负责小米手机 AIoT业务的运维工作，工作内容：业务架构优化升级、预案设计编写、业务容量及成本控制、7x24h OnCall响应；
2. SRE工具平台设计开发，提升SRE及业务研发团队工作效率和服务质量，持续降低业务运营成本；
任职要求
1. 熟练掌握TCP/IP、HTTP、RPC、MQTT、QUIC等协议，具备较强的故障排查分析能力；
2. 熟练掌握Linux、Nginx、Ansible、K8S等系统及工具的维护管理；
3. 熟练掌握Python、Golang、Lua、Shell语言中的两种，且有过项目开发经验者优先
4. 熟练掌握 AI Infra 和 Agent 基础知识 和 智能体开发
5. 有强烈的团队协作意识、责任感、对工作严谨及沟通能力较强。
