## Role description from source

1、运用AI工具为歌曲制作MV，提升用户听歌体验；
2、监测MV站内外和歌曲播放数据，不断优化视频内容；
3、运营AI音乐人账号，包括视频剪辑、人设打造和粉丝经营。
职位要求
1、2027年及之后毕业的全日制在校生，电影、编导相关专业优先，每周可实习5天，保证实习4个月以上；
2、熟练掌握 AIGC 全流程制作逻辑，能独立完成从需求拆解到最终成品输出的全链路操作；
3、熟悉主流图文、视频生成类 AI 模型的核心特点、适用场景及调优技巧，具备实操经验；
4、具备基础视频剪辑能力，能熟练使用剪辑工具，有 MV 制作相关经验者优先；
5、有账号运营经验，拥有良好的视觉审美与内容把控力，对画面、节奏、色彩等有敏锐的感知力，审美优秀者优先。
