1、AI产品商业化落地：协助负责大模型、AIGC、企业智能服务等AI产品的商业化迭代，对接业务、销售、用户侧需求，推动产品从功能可用到商业可落地、可盈利。
2、市场与竞品调研：跟进行业AI产品动态、商业化模式、定价策略及竞品迭代情况，整理市场报告、竞品分析报告，提炼差异化产品优势与商业化机会点。
3、需求挖掘与梳理：对接B端客户、渠道及终端用户，收集使用反馈、业务痛点，拆解商业化需求，输出清晰的需求文档、产品方案、迭代规划，平衡用户体验、技术落地成本与商业收益。
4、产品数据复盘：跟踪产品核心商业化数据，包括用户转化、付费率、留存、功能使用率、客户续约率等，定期输出数据复盘，提出产品优化、商业化玩法迭代建议。
5、跨部门协同推进：联动算法、研发、运营、销售团队，跟进产品开发、测试、上线全流程，协助完成产品内测、灰度、上线推广，保障商业化功能顺利落地迭代。
6、产品内容沉淀：协助撰写产品手册、商业化方案、场景案例、更新说明等文档，支撑销售推广、客户宣讲及内部团队协作。
任职要求
1、有AI产品、商业化产品、产品运营相关实习或项目经验。
2、独立做过AI竞品分析、产品方案设计、AI场景落地案例，或自主搭建过AI Agent、AI工具Demo。
3、了解AI产品商业化模式，熟悉 SaaS 付费、增值功能、企业定制、渠道分销等商业化玩法。
4、擅长用户调研、访谈、需求挖掘，有ToB企业服务产品相关经验优先。
