## Role description from source

1、对接网易游戏的营销活动，负责平台内发布活动的全流程管理，提供平台操作指引，确保营销活动顺利进行；
2、负责创作者活动发布平台的产品运维，通过征稿活动精细化运营、业务团队沟通、调研等方式，挖掘征稿平台用户端、管理端体验优化需求，并协同业产研多团队完成功能需求的全流程管理，如需求撰写、需求方案确认、功能落地验收、功能操作指引输出等；
3、负责征稿平台重点功能的优化及应用推广工作，通过与协作方的线上/线下拓展沟通等方式，挖掘有建设性意见的功能优化点/流程优化点，提升重点功能应用覆盖，如稿件审核能力、奖励计算能力。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网平台运营经验，了解创作者征稿全流程，有创作者征稿活动运营经验/中台项目运营经验背景优先；
2、沟通能力强，擅长跨部门协调，主导过跨多部门协作项目者优先；
3、逻辑清晰、数据分析能力突出，擅长独立思考及判断、提炼核心结论；
4、学习能力强，对新鲜事物保持探索欲，擅用AI辅助工作开展；
5、热爱游戏行业，有责任心和团队协作精神。
