1、参与部门核心研发工作，承担需求分析、方案设计、编码实现、单元测试、联调和问题排查；
2、熟练使用大模型辅助研发，包括代码生成与审查、测试用例设计、日志分析、技术文档梳理和研发效率工具建设；
3、结合业务场景沉淀可复用的 AI 辅助研发方法，提升交付质量和效率。
职位要求
1、2027 届本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信工程、人工智能、电子信息等相关专业优先；
2、编程基础扎实，熟悉 Java、Python、Go、JavaScript 至少一种，理解常见数据结构、网络协议和工程化实践；
3、能主动使用 claude code、Codex 大模型工具完成研发闭环，并能判断模型输出质量；
4、有服务端、语音通信、实时音视频、呼叫系统或 SIP 协议相关项目经验者优先；
5、具备良好的问题拆解、沟通协作和文档表达能力。
