1、Agent Memory：设计快慢双系统记忆架构，优化记忆管理机制、召回策略与压缩方法，统一存储和检索文本、图像、视频、代码等多模态数据。
2、Agent Search：融合深度推理与广度检索，打通搜索与记忆系统，搜索结果沉淀为持久记忆，记忆引导更精准的检索，形成闭环。 
3、自演进 Agent：设计Agent 在线从环境反馈中实时更新策略，实现持续学习。
任职要求
1、计算机相关方向的硕士或博士； 
2、有大模型AI Agent相关研究和项目经历，一作发表过相关方向的顶会论文； 
3、具有优秀的解决复杂问题和多人协作沟通的能力，能够独立思考并开展工作，具有强烈的好奇心和责任心。
