岗位职责


基于国内外创作者资源，引入 AI 视频、动画、漫剧、短剧等领域的头部、中腰部创作者及 KOL/KOC，按创作者特点匹配算力支持、作品扶持、共创等合作方式；


运营核心创作者社区，营造创作氛围，对创作者分层并差异化运营和激励，跟进重点创作者的创作进度，提升活跃度与创作频次；


筛选重点创作者和内容方向，跟进作品从选题到完成，协调内部资源解决卡点，从优秀作品中提炼可复用的模板、案例和创作方法；


收集创作者在实际创作中的产品和工作流问题，区分个体需求与共性问题，同步产品团队并跟进解决。


岗位要求


3 年以上创作者运营、达人运营或内容生态相关经验；


长期活跃于国内外 AI 视频、动画、漫剧、短剧圈层，拥有可直接触达的核心创作者资源；


有核心创作者长期运营经验，能推动创作者从合作意向走到持续创作；


对内容有较强判断力，具备良好的沟通、关系维护与项目推进能力；


内容创作者、做过 Creator Program 或创作者冷启动、有海外创作者运营经验、熟悉 AI 视频生成工具者优先。
