1、主导探索工程设计研发领域多智能体的核心技术，进行前沿研究，建立设计研发领域多智能体技术护城河；
2、结合材料结构等设计研发领域，使用Agent驱动实际设计研发流程，发表有影响的研究工作，提升行业影响力；
3、结合小米实际业务场景，面向产品优化Agentic AI驱动的材料研发技术，主导实际材料到产品全流程应用落地。
任职要求
1. 熟悉大模型与Agentic AI技术，例如知识沉淀与整合，推理规划与决策等。了解目前主流智能体产品架构，熟悉其核心技术难点与痛点。
2. 有大模型Agent相关研究或项目经历，发表过相关方向的顶会论文，有Agent系统的后训练经历的优先；
3. 了解材料科学相关研究内容与研究方法的优先；
