## Role description from source

1、设计50%：公司内部传播项目的系列KV、长图文、H5、banner海报、logo等平面设计工作；基于小动物的IP，设计有趣的实体文创周边。以及视频拍摄剪辑、活动报道排版。
2、运营50%：支持公司培训和文化活动开展，包括活动报名宣传、现场布置组织、物料礼品发放和库存管理等事务类工作。
职位要求
1、热爱生活，有网感，脑洞大，对于好玩有意思的东西有天然触角。
2、有文案撰写功底、结构化思维和学习能力，创新能力。
3、具备设计思维，有审美！熟悉主流新媒体平台运营者、熟悉剪映、会拍摄、擅长使用AIGC工具、会PS/AI或其他绘画等软件优先。

实习4-6个月，每周5天优先。投递简历请附上设计作品！
