## Responsibilities and deliverables

- 主导 Agent 架构设计和工程化，覆盖 Agent loop、多智能体协作调度、记忆/上下文、状态管理、RAG/知识管理及评估回归，提升稳定性与可靠性。
- 针对多智能体并发、长上下文和模型推理延迟做压测与调优，包括 GC、协程、内存、连接池、流式/SSE、超时和背压，提升真实Agent负载下吞吐和稳定性。
- 从架构设计、agent harness调优到线上部署进行全流程技术攻关，建设能转化为业务结果的Agent能力。
- 跟进 AI 前沿技术并为产品引入新技术。

## Requirements

- 计算机科学、人工智能或相关专业本科及以上学历；5年以上工作经验。
- 精通 Python，具备大型 Python 应用开发经验，熟悉 FastAPI/Django 等主流 Python Web 框架。
- 熟悉 RocketMQ、Redis、PostgreSQL/MySQL、ElasticSearch 等常用中间件。
- 具备扎实工程能力及微服务、高并发分布式系统架构经验，熟悉 Docker 和 Kubernetes 云原生部署。
- 具备 LLM 应用工程经验，掌握 LLM API 集成、MCP、Prompt/上下文工程，熟悉 Google ADK、OpenAI Agent SDK、LangChain 等框架。
- 具备跨团队、跨语言栈协同能力，能拆解复杂业务问题并推动落地。

## Preferred qualifications

- 有 Manus、Claude Code、Agent Skill 类似项目开发经验或开源项目者优先。
