1、结合业务现状，梳理音乐人核心需求、痛点及成长路径，制定分层服务运营体系；
2、结合创作者需求，联动站内外资源策划主题活动、赛事，负责活动全流程跟进与执行；
3、负责音乐人后台运营工具、系统的日常运维，监控核心运营指标并进行数据分析；
4、主动收集、分析音乐人反馈，提出解决方案建议并推动落地验证。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，3年以上产品运营经验，有创作者运营经验优先；
2.热爱音乐，对音乐行业的趋势和热点动态有较高的敏锐度；
3.逻辑清晰，具备较强的数据分析能力，能应用SQL处理数据，熟练使用AI辅助数据分析，并利用AI工具提升运营效率；
4.具备良好的沟通能力，可以与协同部门及合作方高效沟通，积极推动项目落地；
5.加分项：音乐专业或本人为音乐人，具备较高的音乐创作与审美能力。
