## Role description from source

1、探索智能体自进化技术，推动系统从实验原型向生产级演进；
2、设计并搭建 Agent 能力评测体系，覆盖工具调用、多轮对话等核心场景，支持自动化评测与人工评审；
3、构建Agent Harness平台，覆盖集成环境模拟、可观测性平台，支持轨迹回放、决策归因分析等功能；
4、开发 Agent 运行时基础设施，包括沙箱环境管理、工具注册与调度、会话状态管理、异常恢复等核心模块；
5、构建面向多步决策链路的环境仿真与合成数据生成流水线，结合过程奖励与结果奖励提升长链任务表现。
任职要求
1、硕士及以上学历在读，人工智能等计算机相关专业，有 Python/C++/Java 语言经验；
2、熟悉主流 Agent 框架（Claude SDK、LangChain、AutoGen 等），理解 ReAct/Plan-Execute 等 Agent 范式；
3、具备分布式系统或大规模数据管线开发经验，熟悉 Docker/K8s/消息队列等基础设施；
4、有评测系统设计、A/B 测试平台、或 MLOps/LLMOps 相关工程经验者优先；
5、对新技术有强烈探索欲望及对大模型推理优化了解者优先；
6、有 ICML、NeurIPS、ICLR、AAAI、ACL 等 AI 相关顶级会议发表论文者优先。
