亲自编写调用样例与调试代码，定位鉴权、限流、超时、输出质量和性能问题
围绕客服、知识问答、工单、数据分析搭建业务Agent，支持技术联调与上线运维
按项目需要驻场，将客户反馈同步产品研发，沉淀接入和排障文档
本科及以上，计算机、软件、通信或AI相关专业优先
1–3年及以上技术支持、解决方案、DevOps或后端经验
熟练掌握Python、Java、Go或Node.js之一，能复现并排查API问题
理解LLM推理参数、流式输出、Function Calling、RAG与Agent工具链
了解云原生部署，具备客户沟通和文档能力，接受即时响应与不定期驻场
