## Role description from source

1. 探究Agentic AI的核心技术，包括但不限于规划、工具调用，多智能体协作等，进行前沿学术研究，并探索材料科学领域可能的应用方向；
2. 结合材料科学的研究方法，例如传统模拟仿真（DFT，MD，FEM等）、表征结果分析、以及实体实验室等，使用Agent驱动前述工具，发表有影响的研究工作；
3. 结合小米实际业务场景，面向产品优化Agentic AI驱动的材料研发技术，并进行实际应用落地。
任职要求
职位要求
1. 熟悉大模型与Agentic AI技术，例如推理规划，决策路线，MCP，多智能体系统，A2A协议，工具调用等，了解目前主流智能体产品的优缺点；
2. 有大模型Agent相关研究或项目经历，发表过相关方向的顶会论文优先；
3. 了解材料科学相关研究内容与研究方法的优先。
