任职要求
1、计算机、电子工程、汽车电子、软件工程、通信等专业，本科及以上学历
2、本科4年(硕士2年)以上嵌入式软件开发经验，精通C/C++语言，熟悉MISRA-C编码规范，有独立负责完整模块或项目的经验
3、深入理解MCU系统架构（如ARM Cortex-M内核），熟练使用调试器，掌握调试技巧
4、具备在嵌入式操作系统（RTOS、Nuttx、Linux等）下的开发经验更优
5、良好的团队精神和学习能力，乐观积极的心态
加分项：
了解并实践过RAG、AI Agent、Agent Skill、工作流编排、向量数据库、MCP协议等AI应用技术，至少参与过一个可实际运行的AI应用项目；
