1. 基于赛季制SOC玩法和全球多端运营特征，进行活跃运营体系的设计，包括日常活跃、节点设计、联动活动等，提升活跃节点的活跃玩家数和活跃度
2. 优化活动管线，作为owner负责整体流程环节，包括设计、开发、测试、调优等，高质量交付对应开发内容
3. 主导管线流程AI化，通过流程优化、AI工具引入与应用等方式，提升活动管线的效率和效果，提升活动管线自闭环率
4. 结合运营数据与用户反馈，提升活动模块满意度与运营数据指标。
职位要求
1. 本科以上学历，5年以上策划经验。逻辑思维清晰，能通过数据分析提出迭代与改进建议。
2. 熟悉生存SOC、射击品类用户行为及玩家喜好，能敏锐地洞察题材用户需求。
3. 熟悉AI-Agent及相关前沿技术落地工程化，有AI探索精神；具有代码编写能力优先。
4. 对游戏行业充满热情，有责任心，能承受一定工作压力。
