## Role description from source

1.参与AGENT智能体的开发，基于大模型API(如千问、豆包、百度等)开发闲聊、导航出行、车载控制等核心功能。
2.Prompt工程与优化:负责特定agent场景的Prompt编写、调优及版本管理。
3.参与项目服务的维护，及时定位线上问题，保证系统稳定性。
职位要求
1.学历背景: 27届本科/研究生在读(看重实际动手能力)，计算机、软件、Al、大数据等相关专业优先。
2.编程能力:熟悉Python;有AI类课程/产品设计、竞赛或GitHub项目经验者优先。
3.Al产品深度用户:对大模型、AIGC、LLM应用有浓厚兴趣;主动使用过ChatGPT、千问、豆包等AI产品,对提示词敏感，喜欢研究“如何让AI回答得更好”。
4.学习与逻辑:逻辑清晰，学习能力强，能快速理解新技术并落地实践。
5.耐心与细致:责任心强，认真细致，具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作意识。
6.实习时长:一周至少到岗5天，能持续实习3-6个月以上。

【加分项】
1.了解API调用、接口文档、后端开发基本流程。
2.做过课程设计、竞赛项目、小工具开发。
3.有提示词工程、AI对话调试、知识库搭建经验。
4.动手能力强，喜欢折腾AI工具与工作流。
