1、负责业务侧AI提效应用落地，基于 AI 工具开展工作流建设与专项分析，涵盖数据预处理、指标提取、数据可视化与业务方案输出；
2、参与云端平台建设，包括大数据监控 / 预警 / 分析功能的需求梳理、方案设计与效果图（原型）产出，并输出可评审的 BRD 需求文档；
3、参与部门数字员工（Agent）建设，包括对标信息检索、知识库数据治理、报告 / 图表自动生成等重复性业务沉淀为自动化工作流，持续挖掘并落地 AI 提效场景；
4、利用企业自研 & 商用 AI 工具，探索并推广数据分析、报告撰写、竞品对标等环节的工作提效路径。
任职要求
1、车辆工程、自动化、计算机科学、数据科学等相关专业，硕士优先；
2、较强的编程能力：熟练掌握 SQL，能独立编写复杂查询完成多表关联分析；熟练掌握 Python，具备数据处理与可视化经验，掌握至少一种主流 BI 工具；
3、熟练使用主流 AI 工具及 Prompt 工程，能设计结构化提示词模板提升输出质量；了解 LLM、RAG、Agent / 工作流编排的基本原理，对机器学习算法有基本认知，有 AI Agent / 自动化提效相关项目或竞赛经验者优先；
4、了解汽车高压架构、电子电气架构、CAN/LIN 总线、热管理、高压安全、功能安全等概念，熟悉整车能量流 / 能耗分析者优先；
5、具备良好的逻辑思维、数据敏感度和快速学习能力，能独立拆解并解决问题；
6、责任心强，具备优秀的团队协作精神与业务沟通能力。
