## Role description from source

1. 负责小米核心设备上 Android / 澎湃OS 系统侧的架构设计与研发，承接互联互通业务方向的能力落地。
2. 负责所属模块的系统架构、性能、功耗、稳定性优化，保障核心链路的体验与质量。
3. 跟进 Android 系统及手机互联互通技术演进，将 Android 工程能力应用到跨设备互联场景，挖掘有业务价值的解决方案。
任职要求
1. 熟悉 Android 系统，扎实掌握 Java/C/C++ 语言；熟悉 TCP/UDP/IP 等网络协议。
2. 深入理解 Android Framework，有较丰富的 Android 系统 / 应用架构经验。
3. 具备性能、功耗、稳定性优化的实战经验。
4.有跨设备、跨平台或分布式系统开发经验者优先；
5.熟悉 WiFi / BT/BLE 等无线通信协议，或有互联互通相关场景经验者优先；
6.对端侧 Agent / 智能体技术有兴趣或了解者优先。
