职位描述：
1. 售前阶段：负责组织研发部对事业部的需求进行可行性的评估，并输出成本、风险、交付周期等；
2. 交付阶段：组织和协调研发部的项目管理工作；
2.1 负责相关项目干系人的协调和沟通，定期向直属上级、事业部同步项目工作进度、风险及预防措施；
2.2 负责协调分析以及组织解决项目各阶段遇到的各种问题；
3. 售后阶段：负责跟踪项目结果，验收/回款进展。
4. 流程质量：
4.1 根据公司已制定的项目管理规范流程和要求执行项目；
4.2 根据实际工作情况，提出对目前规范流程的建议；
职位要求
1. 26届本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、电子相关专业；一周可出勤4天，实习4个月以上
2. 良好的逻辑思维能力和组织协调能力
3.责任心强，工作积极主动，并能承受较大的工作压力；
4.有项目管理实习或在校内组织团队活动的经验优先考虑；
5.有语音识别、语音合成、语义理解或者智能客服等语音技术工作背景或智能硬件工作领域者优先考虑；
