1、产品规划： 深度理解汽车售后业务，结合行业趋势与用户痛点，制定售后系统的产品Roadmap
2、产品设计： 设计售后系统核心模块，包括：机电维保、事故钣喷、门店运营等，覆盖线下服务全流程
3、数据驱动： 持续完善售后核心指标体系，通过数据分析发现问题和机会点，驱动产品迭代与运营改善
4、项目协同： 协同业务、研发、测试及跨部门团队，有效把控项目目标和节奏，确保产品按时高质量交付
5、AI应用： 探索AI智能诊断、智能补货、远程诊断等创新能力建设，以及Agent在售后场景的应用落地
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、汽车工程等相关专业优先
2、熟悉汽车售后核心业务流程，有汽车售后系统/经销商管理系统（DMS）经验者优先
3、具备B端产品能力，能独立完成需求调研、PRD撰写、原型设计，擅长复杂系统设计
4、具备较强的跨团队协同能力，能有效联动业务、研发、中台等多方团队共同推进项目
5、自驱力强，逻辑清晰，数据敏感度高，善于主动从运营数据中发现问题并提出解决方案
6、对AI技术有一定认知，了解大模型/Agent的基本原理，有Vibe Coding或AI工具使用经验者优先
