职责：1、参与慧眼AI产品的创新场景探索与商业化落地闭环；；2、负责 AI 应用 Harness 工程体系搭建，包括但不限于:prompt设计、多轮对话策略优化、记忆存储优化、工具调用策略；；3、构建高质量训练数据集，设计数据标注标准辅助落地；；4、通过AB测试、人工评估、badcase分析等手段持续优化产品效果；；5、跟踪AI领域前沿技术动态(Agent/RAG/微调等)，输出场景化应用预研报告。
要求：相关专业在读；了解机器学习和LLM基础（Transformer/RLHF）；具备AI大模型深度体验与Harness Engineering实战；能拆解复杂目标并推动执行。

## Responsibilities and deliverables

## Requirements

- 相关专业在读
- 了解机器学习和LLM基础（Transformer/RLHF）
- 具备AI大模型深度体验与Harness Engineering实战
- 能拆解复杂目标并推动执行。

## Preferred qualifications

- AI原生产品设计经验
- LangChain或Dify等开发框架。
