工作职责
1. 负责开发团队的组建、人才培养，制定团队工作计划并监督执行；
2. 建立团队技术规范、开发流程及文档管理体系；
3. 主导技术架构设计、技术方案选型及性能优化，代码开发和维护；
4. 制定研发计划，负责管理项目的研发推进工作，保证项目按期交付。
职位要求
任职资格
1. 精通web开发的相关技术，8年以上使用JAVA开发的经验；
2. 精通JAVA基础知识, 有一定算法基础；
3. 熟悉Spring Boot，Spring Cloud，Dubbo，mybatis框架原理；
4. 熟悉Linux平台下常用命令操作、环境部署，有数据库优化及SQL优化，JVM,GC有调优经验优先；
5. 熟悉常见微服务组件eureka/nacos/feign/apollo相关原理以及常见网络通信协议，包括不限于TCP、websocket等；
6.具备良好的管理管理能力，较好的学习能力、问题分析能力，可以独立调试解决问题；
7.良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作意识，能够主动总结和分享自己的开发经验；
8.具备大模型应用经验，熟悉大模型相关知识：prompt，RAG，COT，ReAct等；
9.熟悉AI-Agent技术领域的最新研究成果和框架，有实际项目落地经验者优先；
10.工作踏实，态度积极，能够承受工作压力，能适应严格项目管理。
