工作职责：-行业调研与需求分析：负责行业智能化需求调研，跟踪AI技术发展及典型案例，梳理客户痛点与业务场景，输出调研纪要、需求分析等核心材料 -大模型应用开发与优化：配合方案落地，进行Prompt设计、调优与代码迭代；搭建评测案例集，开展模型质量校验、系统测试及问题归因分析 -客户技术支持与闭环：协同内外部资源，处理客户使用千帆大模型平台过程中的各类问题，跟进测试、处理、迭代与验收全流程 -流程SOP与工具化：识别高频工作场景，利用AI工具将SOP进行Skill化封装，提升工作效率
职责要求：-每周需可实习5天及以上，可稳定实习3个月以上，能够连续实习6个月者优先 -Al实践能力：熟悉主流大模型基础能力，了解Prompt调优、RAG、Agent等基础概念；能够熟练使用主流AI开发工具如cursor、codex、claudecode者优先 -综合素质：自驱力强、责任心强，工作严谨细致、执行力强，能够持续跟进任务并推动问题闭环
