## Preferred qualifications

- 相关专业背景是优先项；其他专业若工程能力突出也欢迎
- Agent Framework/Runtime、MCP Server、Coding Agent或多Agent系统开发改造及上下文记忆实践
- AI Search、RAG、分布式系统、云端执行、安全沙箱、可观测性或端云协同经验
- Agent评测、数据合成、强化学习/过程监督以及开源/论文/专利/竞赛成果
