## Role description from source

1. 协助TTS大模型的构建，包括版本迭代测试，发音自然度、拟人度、时延等指标评测与问题归因
2. 参与语音场景走查，输出对比分析，制作调查问卷，跟进对话回复质量等问题修复
3. 跟进语音交付项目进度，协调内部资源，确保SOP前按计划落地
4. 协助梳理方案成本，数据统计等文档撰写
5. 参与声优选型，协助评测不同音色方案并输出建议
任职要求
1. 听商强、对声音产品有浓厚兴趣，观点新颖有洞察，熟悉音视频创作，智能语音交互或有相关经验的优先
2. 熟练掌握AI工具，能够使用vibecoding工具辅助产品分析与原型验证
3. 了解AI Agent、工作流AI提效或数据库相关知识（至少一项），有较强的学习能力
4. 每周至少到岗4天，沟通能力强、执行力强
