## Role description from source

1. 负责社群玩家日常维系，对玩家问题进行1v1回复解答；
2. 深入运营社群、朋友圈、用户私聊等工作，达成运营结果；
3. 及时反馈和协助处理游戏异常状况，并与玩家做好沟通；
4. 协助推进用户运营相关Agent的建设，促进其功能、准确度、用户体验不断完善；
职位要求
1、本科/研究生在校生，每周至少实习5天，可持续实习3个月以上
2、《蛋仔派对》游戏爱好者优先，乐园工匠点高者优先；
3、具有创作者 /用户/ 社群基础运营经验优先，了解基础激励与治理逻辑；
4、熟悉主流AI工具，有AI Agent搭建或者skill提炼经验者优先，有实际落地案例更佳
5、学习能力强，极具责任心，沟通顺畅，能适应快节奏的互联网工作环境。
