1. 主导Agent Harness工程底座设计、技术选型与从零到一搭建，统一研发规范，构建高可用、可复用的标准化Agent研发架构体系。
2. 负责Agent框架核心研发与性能优化，深耕工具调用、记忆、规划、多智能体协同能力，解决长上下文、任务拆解、错误传播等核心问题。
3. 对接内外业务需求，输出标准化技术方案，推动Agent在智能助手、企业服务等场景规模化落地。
4跟进Agent与工程架构前沿，持续迭代优化底座与框架能力，构建团队技术壁垒。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上，有Agent Harness/AI工程底座从0到1搭建经验优先；
2. 精通Agent Harness架构，具备顶层设计、技术选型与规模化工程落地优化能力；
3. 熟练掌握Java/C++/Python其一，精通LangChain/LangGraph等主流Agent框架底层，具备大规模线上优化经验；
4. 熟练掌握工具调用、思维链、任务规划、多Agent协同，可独立解决各类线上复杂交互问题；
5. 熟悉大模型推理、Transformer、RAG与向量数据库，可独立完成端到端Agent系统及Harness底座搭建；
6. 优秀的架构设计、攻坚与团队管理能力，能持续跟进前沿技术并落地创新。
