1. 参与优化小爱同学导航出行与本地生活服务能力，为任务完成率与响应速度负责。
2. 探索Agent前沿方案，通过Harness优化、评估器优化、Agentic模型精调、自进化等方式持续迭代Agent效果；
3. 推动Agent驱动模型的持续优化，探索数据合成、预训练及后训练（SFT / RL）等技术路径；
任职要求
1. 计算机相关方向的硕士或博士；
2. 有大模型AI Agent相关研究和项目经历，发表过相关方向的顶会论文优先
3. 具有优秀的解决复杂问题和多人协作沟通的能力，能够独立思考并开展工作，具有强烈的好奇心和责任心；
