## Role description from source

1、主导AI Agent平台的架构设计和落地建设，包括智能体配置模板、SKILL/插件市场、配置化交付方案设计, 确保系统具备高可扩展性、低延迟的能力；
2、推动 Agent核心场景的工程调度优化，包括 Session 管理、认证、记忆模块等，支持复杂场景的Agent构建与落地生产；
3、承担大模型调度、向量数据库、编排框架、可观测性工具的技术选型与落地；
4、跟踪行业动态，结合需求引入创新技术；带领团队跨部门协作，保障平台的研发质量与生产效率。
任职要求
1、精通AI Agent技术栈，包括主流框架、模型服务、工具执行沙盒（Modal、E2B）等；
2、6年以上后端或全栈开发经验，2年以上架构设计经验，有AI应用或平台类产品架构经历·精通大模型应用技术栈
3、扎实的工程基础:精通Java/Go/Python至少其一，熟悉分布式系统、高并发设计、容器化(K8s)、数据库等技术:
4、优秀的沟通能力，能跨部门协作推动业务与技术深度融合。
