## Role description from source

1.负责公司医疗产品（专科专病方向），深度结合临床/随访需求，完成产品规划、需求调研、功能设计、项目落地与迭代优化；联动医学专家、生态伙伴、内部技术与运营团队，推动医疗产品商业化落地与临床价值实现，打造符合专科诊疗、临床科研与的AI医疗产品体系。
2.负责产品原型设计、PRD撰写、功能定义与流程梳理，协同研发、测试、UI等团队完成产品开发与上线；把控项目进度与质量，解决产品落地过程中的技术、临床与业务问题。
3.跟踪产品上线后使用数据、临床效果与用户反馈，通过数据分析优化产品体验与核心价值；输出产品培训材料、操作手册与宣讲材料，支撑内部运营与外部推广。

职位要求
1.三年及以上医疗产品经理相关工作经验，有专病专科、慢病管理、互联网医疗、AI医疗产品经验优先；
2.熟悉医疗产品全流程开发与落地。
