1、理解业务线的方向和状况，通过AI工具的深度应用，引导支持业务线决策，产出专项分析报告；
2、跟进业务线项目的数据分析工作，完成项目上线前后的数据调研、效果评估等分析报告；
3、支持常规统计需求、完成数据监控指标体系的搭建。
职位要求
1、2027 年及之后毕业，本科及以上学历，统计、数学、经济、计算机等专业，或有互联网公司、咨询公司实习经验者优先；
 2、具备基础的数据分析及处理能力，熟练使用 SQL、Excel、Python 等工具，具备报告撰写能力；
 3、了解常见 AI 工具的使用方式，能够借助 AI 完成信息检索、需求拆解、数据分析、报告撰写等工作，并具备基本的结果判断与验证能力；
 4、对 AI Skill、Agent 或自动化工作流有应用经验和个人理解，愿意尝试将 AI 工具应用于实际业务问题的解决；
 5、做事认真严谨，逻辑清晰，具有较强的学习能力、好奇心和团队合作精神；
 6、保证每周到岗 5 天及 4 个月以上的实习期，能尽快入职者优先，可长期实习优先；
 7、熟悉并热爱音乐行业，对音乐有一定鉴赏力者优先。
