1. 参与网易游戏产品的研发过程，提供用户研究工作支持；深入挖掘用户体验， 发现潜在机会点，提供创新性用户洞察 
2. 熟练运用多元化用户研究方法，覆盖产品研发各阶段，提供客观、系统的产品体验度量结果，并输出高质量的用户体验调优策略，切实推动产品体验提升落地；
3. 关注运营数据和用户反馈，评估、跟进、促使产品提升用户体验； 
4. 构建产品用户体验设计标准，跟踪和监督产品用户体验等的改进，提升产品质量；
5.保持对行业动态趋势及玩家体验的高度敏感，在复杂多变的环境中做出准确的信息判断与策略取舍 。
职位要求
1. 本科或以上学历，专业不限，具有优秀的分析和洞察能力，有3年以上用户体验/研究相关岗位经验优先； 
2. 热爱游戏者，有深入的游戏体验经历，其中有FPS类深入游戏体验经历或历史参与FPS项目经验者优先； 
3.有AI工具实践经验（如Claude、Copilot等工具）；
4. 能熟练应用主流研究与分析工具、方法； 
5. 责任心强，沟通表达优秀；对交付物永不满足，反复打磨表达、逻辑和可执行性。
